Multi Purpose Health Cards to all Employees - Instructions Issued

Govt. of A.P. released instructions to issue Multi Purpose Health Cards to all Employees through Treasury & Accounts Department vide Cirular No. N1/16008/2011, Dated: 05/03/2012. Directors of District Treasury Kadapa, Anantapur, Krishna & Rangareddy were instructed to take up the capturing of data in the forms provided in the Department website www.treasury.ap.gov.in for issue of multipurpose cards to the employees. Directors of District Treasuries further requested to take up capturing of data in respect of all Employees of T&A Department in their units.
